How it works
- Create a free account. Sign up in My Account. Be signed in when you check out so your points land in your account.
- Earn points on every order. Get 2 points for every $1 you spend (shipping doesn’t count), and more as you move up tiers. Points are added once your order is completed.
- Use your points at checkout. 100 points = $1 off. Use 500 to 2,500 points on one order, so $5 to $25 off.
Earn faster as you move up

Your tier is based on what you’ve spent in the last 12 months, so keep ordering to keep it. Refunded or cancelled orders don’t count.

Add your birthday in My Account and get 200 points.
Refer a friend: give 25%, get $10
- Your friend gets 25% off their first UrbWellness order of $30 or more (up to $25 off).
- You get $10 off your next order of $20 or more once your friend’s order has shipped and 14 days have passed. Your code is good for 60 days.
- Your share link and code are under Loyalty Program in My Account. You can also tap the Rewards button at the bottom of most pages.
Good to know
- UrbWellness Rewards is for adults 21 and older.
- One discount per order: points can’t be combined with other discount codes.
- Points expire if your account has no points activity (earning or using points) for 365 days.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it are taken back.
- Points have no cash value.
- You can earn up to $100 in referral rewards in any 365 days.

Do orders placed without an account earn points?
No. Sign in before you check out so the points are added to your account.
