Groovy kava mocktails are non-alcoholic drinks in 12 fl oz cans, made with kava extract and botanicals. There are three flavors: Social (Pineapple Tiki), Unwind (Moscow Mule) and Nightcap (Blackberry Mojito).

What’s the difference?
Social has 50mg of caffeine, with L-theanine, ginseng and Lion’s Mane mushroom. Unwind is caffeine-free, with ashwagandha, 5-HTP, lemon balm and GABA. Nightcap is caffeine-free, with chamomile, tryptophan, magnesium and 10mg of melatonin, so save it for the end of the day.

Good to know
Every can contains kava, which can cause drowsiness, so don’t mix it with alcohol. Don’t use if pregnant or breastfeeding, and check with a healthcare professional first if you take medication or have a liver condition. Groovy recommends keeping cans refrigerated.
