Same place! Our name is spelled UrbWellness and said like “herb wellness,” so if you searched for Herb Wellness or Urb Wellness, you found us. Our web address is urbwellness.com.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (after any discount). Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you pick. 2-Day Shipping is also available at checkout.

We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s the straight version:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to request a return.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Opened products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• To start a return, just email hello@urbwellness.com within 14 days and we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

If something in your cart can’t be shipped to where you live, we’ll cancel just that item (or the whole order if needed) and refund you immediately — no hassle, no questions.

If you’re ever unsure whether we can ship to you, just shoot us a message at hello@urbwellness.com with your city/state. Better safe than sorry.

We’ve been customers ourselves for years — we only carry brands and batches we personally use and trust. Every supplier has been vetted over years (many we’ve met in person). If something ever feels off or inconsistent, we pull it immediately. Your trust is worth way more than a quick sale.
